1. Scope of Services

Vincent Pierre Digital provides digital services—including web design, development, graphic design, virtual assistance, and social media support/training—customized to each client’s needs. Because we do not sell physical goods, we do not process returns or exchanges for tangible items.

2. No Physical Returns

All work is delivered digitally and/or performed remotely, so there is no return procedure for physical products. We do not maintain a return address for these services.

3. Refunds

  1. Unstarted Services: If you purchase a service but decide you no longer need it—and no part of the service work has commenced—you may request a full refund. Please contact support@vincentpierredigital.com as soon as possible if this situation applies.
  2. Completion of Services: Our projects are considered complete once the agreed-upon deliverables have been provided, as outlined in the original scope of work or contract.
  3. Eligibility for Refund: If we have not fulfilled the agreed-upon deliverables and the project remains genuinely incomplete, you may contact us at support@vincentpierredigital.com to discuss the possibility of a refund.
  4. No Refund for Satisfaction Issues: Minor deviations, subjective dissatisfaction, or changes in project scope after work has begun do not constitute incomplete work and are therefore ineligible for refunds.
  5. Refund Decisions: We reserve the right to determine whether a project is incomplete, and in such cases may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.

4. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Digital services typically begin promptly upon purchase. By engaging Vincent Pierre Digital, you acknowledge and agree that our work starts quickly and that the 14-day “cooling off” period under EU law does not apply to services already initiated or delivered.
